I think its the smile, those small eyes, the cherubic cheeks, the cute over-sized beanie he/she is wearing, plus the huge ear-muffs attached to the beanie!

PS: I've finally found something that's better than Takeshi's Biotherm poster! The baby is now my desktop wallpaper; replacing Takeshi!
