My Father

And so, I'm back after the brief 3 hour rendezvous at 1 Utama. It was short, but pleasant and made a lot of difference both to my motivation and pockets! But then, it's been like 6 months since I last bought something (yeah, I didn't even get anything new for CNY).

Justification! Justification!! Justification!!! *grins*

The bright side is that I'm rejuvenated and am refreshed after the brief shopping trip. Am prepared to attack my Civil questions with gutso now!

The errrmm... not so bright side of things is that my wallet/pockets hurt. *grins* Got myself 2 tops and 2 pairs of shorts (RM60+ for all of them! Amazing eh! *smiles proudly*), a DVD and a load of toiletries from the Body Shop (that's where the bulk of my dosh went to! But then, these will last me for half a year, so it's OK! *smiles*...)

And of course, I got a DVD that I've always wanted. "My Father" by Daniel Henney and Kim Young-Cheol. RM19.90 for the original, still a tahan-able (bearable price) as I never (rarely) buy CDs, DVDs; be it pirated or original. So I guess a splurge once in a while is justifiable. It's not exactly a big budget movie, hence can't find the pirated version anywhere, same goes for the many independent director movies I've wanted to watch, but could not find kaki to accompany me to the cinemas. Might just have to watch for the original version to be out in the markets... Paris Jet'aime anyone???

Anyway, I hope to be able to find time to watch "My Father" over the weekend; I hope I do, in light of the Spanish Grand Prix + MU v Chelsea (do or die title decider) and also my studies.
