Made a short trip up to Camerons a few days ago. Made our way up via the Simpang Pulai route, which is a pretty pleasant drive. Less winding and wider road; thus, yours truly (the amateur driver) drove with ease. Arrived at Kampung Raja 2 hours later (yes, the journey up took slightly longer than usual, as yours truly was driving :P); made our way down to Brinchang where we stopped for lunch and for some 'sight-seeing'.
Got some plants, vegetables and strawberries and began our descend 3 hours later. We decided to take the Tapah route home. Made a couple of pitstops at the Orang Asli stalls during our journey down, but failed to get anything from them...
So....
What does one do, armed with a box of strawberries?
One makes jam of course!
... after 30 minutes of stirring...
Voila! This is the end product...
