My Prayers for Tomorrow

Day 2 of the 5 day long 5am bootcamp.

No bibles to be brought in tomorrow, but a few statutory provisions to remember; CA 1950, CA 1965, SRA 1950, S28A, 7, 8 CLA 1956 and 'prayer verses' (yup not kidding, they are referred to as "prayers") to remember instead.

And so, my prayers for tomorrow...

For Tort:
Roughly dependent on the Q tomorrow
"... And the plaintiff claims:
(a) Special damages in the sum of RMXYZ
(b) [Damages on behalf of herself and other dependants of the deceased]
(c) [Damages on behalf of the estate of the deceased]
(d) [Bereavement]
(e) Costs
(f) Interest
(g) Any further or other relief this honourable court deems fit and proper to grant..."

For Contract:
Roughly dependent on the Q tomorrow
"... And the plaintiff claims:
(a) Special damages in the sum of RMXYZ pursuant to para. 6
(b) General damages
(c) [An order restraining the defendant from ...]
(d) [An order requiring the defendant to ...]
(e) [An order from the court for rescission of the said agreement on the grounds of ...]
(f) [Damages in addition or in lieu of specific performance]
(g) Costs
(h) Interest
(f) Any further or other relief this honourable court deems fit and proper to grant.."
